Shipping policy

All Home Sweet Home Gifts & Décor orders are shipped using the USPS. Please read carefully for all shipping and delivery options and to ensure you select the best check out option for you. 

For Standard Shipping please allow 3-7 business days for processing and shipping.

For Delivery please allow up to 3 days to receive your order depending on your location to North Carolina. During holiday season please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.

​Business shipping days and hours are Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM EST. All orders placed after 6PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped. You may track your order via the USPS website.

Home Sweet Home Gifts & Décor is NOT responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost you must file a claim with USPS. Home Sweet Home Gifts & Décor cannot file a claim on you. For all order inquiries contact customer service at: homesweethomegd@aol.com.
